In order to create your order, you first need to add the products to the cart.

After selecting your products, click on the cart icon in the bottom right corner of the website or view cart and if everything is as you selected, click on Checkout.

If you have received a coupon, click on the “Click here to enter your code” link in the bottom part of the screen and then (after entering coupon code) click on the “Apply coupon” button.

After that you’ll need to fill out your billing and shipping address (and be extra careful to select the correct shipping and billing country).

If everything is as you selected, click on “Place order”. You will then receive a confirmation email with the HUB payment slip with a barcode. Then, you need to issue a payment using the data in the payment slip. After the payment is cleared we will send you payment confirmation email with the invoice and that’s it, you successfully placed an order and your package is on its way.

All orders are packed within 24-48 hours (depending on the volume of orders) after receiving payment and your order will be shipped in 2-3 working days for Croatia.

We use plant-based oils and butters such as olive oil, coconut oil, sunflower oil, organic RSPO certified palm oil, castor oil, avocado oil, jojoba oil, almond oil, cocoa butter, shea butter and mango butter. We also use a wide range of dried botanicals, flowers, spices, natural exfoliating agents, coffee, coconut milk, craft beer…

We use responsibly sourced mineral pigments – mica, clays, oxides, activated charcoal and natural powders such as beetroot.

Both. After years of soapmaking I found that fragrance oils work best in soaps that are made by cold process method. Certain soaps have essential and fragrance oil blends in them, but in our experience, FOs will last longer and survive better the saponification reaction. We have strict phtalates policy, in our products there are none. All FOs are in dosages that comply with IFRA recommendations.

I am striving to be environmentally friendly and low waste as possible, that’s why we use packaging options that are visualy pleasing, yet fully biodegradable, recyclable or contain recycled materials. Soaps have a paper band label, bath truffles come in cardboard tubes, bath salts are packed in paper ziplock bags, wax melts are in metal tins. Your orders come in cardboard boxes with tissue paper, recycled paper decorative void fillers or ‘peanuts’ – made from cornstarch.

As much as I can say that certain products are suitable for dry, sensitive or oily skin types, I am not a medical or health care professional and I do not claim that the use of my products may have positive effect on pre-existing physical or mental health conditions. The information in my listings is based on the properties of specific ingredients used in my formulations.

It depends on many factors like whether you use it only for handwashing or for body/face as well. How many people are using one soap bar at the same time? Do you use full size soap bar (100g) or cut it in less? Properly stored soaps should last aproximately 6 weeks.

There are many ways to make your soap last longer, such as:

  • Keep the soap away from water when you’re not using it
  • Let the soap air-dry in between uses
  • Always keep your soap in an approproate soap dish that allows for drainage
  • Cut the bar of soap into smaller pieces and store them in soap-saving pouch
  • Use a washcloth instead of your hands
